It was such a wonderful holiday weekend! We had family fun, went to the pool, had BBQ's, hung out with friends and just relaxed and enjoyed ourselves. Alexis didn't like the pool so much, probably because it was 84 Degrees outside and it was too chilly for her, but perfect for us. We had the most amazing fireworks display ever just in our neighborhood! Our neighbors were shooting off mortars all night and we could see Simplot Stadium's display from our driveway. We watched Friends the rest of the night and threw in Independence Day just for kicks. Of course, Kort wanted to be uber-patriotic and wore his New England Patriot's hat and jersey, lol while Alexis and I sported fashionable toes. What a wonderful year!
